| Do I have to be home to get the boxes delivered? | No, you can provide details on where you want us to leave the boxes on the order form. However, we won't deliver the boxes if the place you specify to leave the boxes is not weatherproof, secure or accessible. | |||
| Can I deliver the boxed to my workplace? | Yes. We can deliver to your workplace, which may be more convenient for you. | |||
| I'm not going to be home all day, can you call me before you arrive? | Yes. We can give you a call roughly 30 minutes before we arrive, so you can meet us there. When you book online, tick the box for a call 30 minutes before delivery. | |||
| Do you deliver on Public Holidays? | No. We do not deliver on public holidays, nor do we honor the 24hr delivery special when an order is placed on a public holiday or the day before a public holiday. | |||

| Can I buy second-hand boxes? | No. However, you can purchase second hand removal boxes from MiniMovers, without having booked a move with them. Call MiniMovers on 1300 366 000 now. |

| Can I order boxes two weeks in advance? | Not at this time. You can choose to have your boxes delivered within 24 hours if it's a weekday, or you can choose a delivery day during the next week. | |||
| What is the best way to pack a box? | We have provided some Packing Tips for you. | |||
| How many boxes do I need? | Our Easy Moving packs on the front page are a good indication of how many boxes and materials you will need for that many bedrooms. In fact, they are setup so that you won't need to purchase any more boxes than what is already in those packs, which makes it easy for you! | |||

| What condition do the boxes need to be in, for you to buy them back? | They need to be in working order and flat packed. | |||
| Will you buy back boxes if I have written on them? | Yes! Write on them all you want. | |||
| Do you buy back boxes from other removalist companies? | No. Only boxes with MiniMovers printed on them. | |||
| What is your pick up fee for buy back boxes? | Free to everyone in our free delivery areas. | |||
| What if I move interstate or overseas, will you still buy them back? | No. Our buy back service involves our vans coming out to pick them up. If you are no longer in any of our free delivery areas, we cannot pick them up or buy them back off you. | |||

| Do you have a minimum purchase order? | Yes. In order to keep our efficient delivery service running, we have a minimum purchase order of $50. | |||
| Will I get a tax invoice? | Yes, once payment has been received, you will receive a tax invoice in your email which you can then print out if you wish. | |||
| I don't have a credit card, can I pay by COD, Cheque, Bankcard or EFTPOS? | No. Sorry but at this time we only accept Credit Card payments. | |||
| I don't want to put my Credit Card details over the Internet, what can I do to order? | In the 'Card Type' box, choose 'Call Me for Card Details'. We will then take your credit card details over the phone. | |||
